You Make My Day Award

While out this morning cruising around blog-hopping, I went came across this award given to me by my girl Cindy Tobey. This woman is beyond amazing. So incredibly talented and creative. She seriously can do it all. And is as sweet as she is gifted. So thanks Cindy!
Now I have to pass this award on to 5 people/blogs who make my day :)

First off:
Brandi Pitts
I talk to B more often than I do my own family and don't know what I would do with out my girl! Love ya B!

Next up my other partner in crime:
Leslie Ashe
She is always available, always has a supportive word and shoulder and I love ya oh so much! And this girl can make me laugh too :)

My local Oregon girl Davinie
Who some stinking day I have to meet since we live so dang close to each other. I love how Dav says what is on her mind, you can trust her for an honest answer and opinion. Hugs to you!

Miss Amy Coose
For her kind heart and I always get excited when we talk. Don't know why, but I have never not had a smile on my face after a good chat with Amy!

and last but definitely not least:
Kay Rogers
who is humilty personified. She has more talent in her little pinky than I do my whole being and yet I have never met a person more humble than Kay. I really respect her as a person and an artist and admire every piece of work that she has ever created!

These are my 5, that make my day :)
Thanks to Cindy and to you all for being my girls!

Spring is in Full Swing!

First off Happy Easter weekend to my friends :) Hope you all have a wonderful and blessed weekend with your families and loved ones!

And can I just say Thank God for Spring Break! I am soo ready for a little vacation and some down time. Planning on having a girls day out with Zoe girl and getting our hair cut and maybe splurging on a mani or something fun. I have been growing my hair out for the past year in order to be able to donate it to Locks of Love. One of the requirements is that your hair has to be 10 inches long and in a pony tail (If you are interested in donating your hair please check out the site for their requirements because there are a few). I just know that is going to feel like a HUGE chunk getting whacked off my head but I am more than ready for a change. This long, tangly, knappy mess is driving me up a wall. So now I am on the hunt for a cute, short, sexy hair cut. Any suggestions???

Well the sun is shining in the good ol Pac Northwest but rain is on its way. So I think I am going to go out and enjoy it and the beautiful blossoms while it lasts. There is nothing quite like Oregon in the springtime.

Enjoy your weekend!

Tammy Kay made me do it!

Tammy Kay my dear, this is just for you!

If you don't know Tammy Kay, well then you don't know what you are missing out on. She is just one amazingly sweet and talented person. Check her blog out here. Tammy has been on my case for months to start a blog. To which I kept replying I am a SERIAL BLOG KILLER!
Seriously I have started and successfully murdered at least 2 previous blogs. Well anyways, after careful deliberation and some gentle prodding from Tammy Kay and another one of my favorite peoples Kim Garofolo I have decided to give blogging another shot.

So a big THANK YOU to Tammy Kay and Kimberly for giving me the push I need to give it another try. Now the two of you will be responsible for making me post on here! Whip me into shape ok! Love the both of you!

And without further adieu, my third attempt at blogging. Wish me luck!
